Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2022 Finalists

Despite continued changes to the workforce and office life brought about by the pandemic, Greater Baltimore companies are still finding a way to create a great workplace for employees.

The Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards seek to honor these companies and this year, we are recognizing 35 finalists across four company size categories — micro, small, medium and large — based on employee count. The finalists received the strongest scores among the nearly 100 nominated firms. The scores were based on a confidential employee survey given to a majority of each company’s employees by the BBJ’s Best Places to Work research partner, Quantum Workplace.
