CFG Bank (CFG) is proud to announce the company has been named the number one best place to work in Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards, in the large company category, three years in a row. CFG has won this honor in 2024, 2023, and 2022. In 2021, the company was awarded second place in the large company category.
Baltimore Business Journal created the Best Places to Work awards to recognize workplaces that prove it isn’t necessary to be working in the same place to cultivate incredible company culture. Winners were selected based on anonymous input from employee surveys.
